DaVinci Resolve 17 playback choppy

Just started using Resolve 17 and have a choppy playback issue. I have an iMac 3 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5, Radeon Pro 560X 4 GB I viewed several youtube videos to "resolve" this issue, however none of them worked. ?????

Thanks man. This was a great video. I watched several videos that had all kinds of complex solutions that did not work. Watched this video and changed ONE setting from 5 seconds to 1. Problem solved!
