I ordered a Mavic Mini Battery on Jan 5 as their website indicated it was in stock.
I ordered a Mavic Mini Battery on Jan 5 as their website indicated it was in stock.
The order was marked ‘processed’ and my card was charged for the purchase the next day.
10 days later I check the order status on the website and it indicates it has been processed, shipped, and is in transit:
Last Thursday (Jan 16 I get this):
Not happy about this AT ALL... if they had indicated it was out of stock and had an estimated delivery date I might’ve even ordered anyway, but to indicate that is in stock and then mislead me by telling me the order has been shipped and is in transit is not acceptable.
I can tell you I won’t be doing business with them again in the future.
