Different way to ask the same charging quesion

I’m not very technical so some of the discussions are harder for me to research.
Yesterday I was asking about my mini2 draining my iPhone while flying. Found the answer
I found( in the control menu) of the gofly app... the toggle for “ phone charging”
But I can’t swipe it to green to turn on

what causes things like this in an app or screen?
A toggle that’s there but won’t let you swipe-on? I’m probably doing something wrong, but don’t know what

Could be a bad install of the app, (it happens). Un-install & re-install the app.
Also do you have the RC & Drone turned on and connected when trying to turn on the phone charging?

As above, try uninstalling the DJI Fly app and reinstalling it. Also are you using the original cable that came with the remote to connect to your phone/tablet?

Generally if it is greyed it means it is not available for that device

It’s not grayed.
