Dissasemble mavic mini motor

Has anyone been able to remove the bell from the motor. I cannot figure out what kind of clip is holding the bell. I would like to do so to replace the bell.

I think it's a press fit or shrink fit, unless there is a clip under that black plastic? 'washer' on the underside of the motor and I haven't been able to get that 'washer' off yet.
If it is a press fit etc. I'd have doubts about the Aluminium? of the mounting base surviving the removal.
