Distance restricted

Flew Mavic out today furthest yet then it stopped and told me I’ve reached the maximum distance about 1500 feet not height but distance from the controller. Does anyone know if this is a EU restriction or adjustment needed in the app? I did find some numbers to change for distance in the app but when I change them they default back to what they were. Any help much appreciated.

Anytime you change parameters, you have to be connected [emoji6]. If it’s battery related (changing days to discharge) you have to start up with each battery and change it.
