Distance to the ground

Is it possible to set a minimum distance to the ground? If you are flying over water is it possible to set a minimum height so you don't accidentally put down into the water?

This is not possible. It would be best to fly VLOS if you're going to be flying close to the ground.

Welcome to the forum Marshall .
I fly alot over water and it does seem to vary in altitude over it
so I try and stay a few feet up and point my camera down just a tad
and it appears to be right on it . Now as msinger said it's best to stay in VLOS but I find that hard to do looking at my screen trying to get the
whatever in my video but If I see water movement from prop wash I kinda go up alittle .
