DJI Active Track problem

I have a Mavic Air 2 with updated firmware. When I draw a box around a subject, select Active Track, Parallel and hit Go the app immediately switches to Spotlight mode instead of Parallel. I have tried this in 1080p, and 4K 30fps modes.

HELP Please.
