To be honest with you, for me the easiest way to retrieve the log from the mobile device is open an account in Airdata.com and download the app Airdata HD Sync and the app will upload to airdata.com your flying log. Then in Airdata download the original flying log and export that to DJI Flight Log Viewer | Phantom Help
