DJI Assistant 2 for Mavic v2.0.14

Although I am able to upload the latest firmware to my Mavic 2 (from MacBook / macOS - Big Sur), I get an Error (Retry) when it comes to exporting Flight Data (Log Export). Any suggestions or fixes...or is this (see screen shot) a DJI Software Bug (which still appears to be unresolved) ?

Even if you retrieved the logs, they are encrypted where only DJI has the keys.

I think with Windows, I had to have the driver for one of the USB protocols look for update in Device Manager.
Then use a tool to extract the actual logs from the one file.
