DJI Assistant 2 Problems

I'm having problems getting into DJI Assistant 2. I insisted on changing my password yesterday, said it was going to send a Verification Code that never arrived and then won't let me in without the code. I want to look at the Memory in my Mavic Air.

Sorry to state obvious, have you checked spam? Have you tried deleting and installing again? Failing this and still an issue, open another account , emails are free so you could just set up to another......only a thought.
