I must say I am impressed with DJI service. I had two M2P batteries that were puffed up just slightly and after multiple emails and sending in the two batteries waiting two months they sent me two new batteries to replace the two puffed up batteries, I hope that sets a precedent

Yikes!!! That would leave an impression with me for sure. Two months? They make the things with hammers and chisels?
 
Took them long enough but at least they did good in the end.
Exactly I’m surprised I got two new batteries, they said the long wait was due to COVID-19 layoffs but I am thrilled I got two new batteries
 
It's been slow since March that's for sure however its pretty rare that anyone will replace a battery for any reason. It's agony dealing with support but once DJI sends the mailer I have no complaints at all. Like anyone..I always want it done yesterday.
