The title says it all - I don’t think it’s that complicated for them to update the goggles to do so. If you plug your Air 2 controller into the goggles through the top port, it already shows all the information such as altitude, attitude, battery %, and all that. So, even if wireless pairing is not possible, all they need to do is reuse the code that already exists for the mavic 2 and allow it to work for wired connections. I’m not familiar with how it’s programmed but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. The controller is giving the goggles all the information they need including video, they just don’t know how to interpret it.
