Dji care refresh, accident when not flying

I saw on YouTube someone leave a phantom 3 on the driveway and forget it was there, boom pulled the car into the garage and crashed the p3.

If said person had dji care refresh for a p4 or a mavic, would DJI honour such an accident as it was a none flying incident?

I guess it’s a maybe/maybe not. Probably the latter, since there would not be any flight logs so indicate when the damage occurs.
Under exclusions, item 7, I had to look up force majeure. So in case of hurricane, keep your Mavic safe, cos care refresh doesn’t cover it.
