I purchased DJI Care Refresh within 24 hours of opening my Mavic Pro. I discovered the micro sd card slot was defective and sent it in for repair/replacement since I purchased it from Best Buy online and the local store had no stock to exchange it.
DJI has had it for almost 2 weeks and I have no idea when they will finally return it. It seems I am burning my 12 months of warranty coverage waiting for it to be returned. What are the chances DJI will reset my 12 month coverage upon return of my unit?
