DJI comms and service poor .

I ordered my mini on 24th Nov. 20-25 days estimated delivery. no comms from DJI as to when I might receive the drone, 24 days now with no comms or any idea when I might get it, maybe 20-125 days might have been a better estimate :-(

I feel your pain. We ordered online as well. The retailer at least keeps us updated on any status of the delivery and estimate dates. They said that, they were severely disappointed from dji supplier as their batch of delivery was diverted to high street shops. That's where I got my idea if getting one from high street shops and cancel my order online.

Many have found one in a DJI authorized store online and ordered there, cancelling their order direct from DJI.

I orderd my FMC of the MM on the 15th Dezember directly by amazon and yesterday i receives the message that the drone is on the way to me.

The delivery date was in the end of january as i orderd but now its arrives very soon.

Hi Chucky21022002 , that is a very nice offer and I would have jumped at the chance normally but with the time of year and so many things to do it is a 320 mile round trip I don't have the time to fit in. Thank you once again for your very thoughtful offer. Tony.

I saw Argos had them in stock yesterday, ( none in stock this morning at Argos ) bought and paid for one last night, 2 hours later dji sent email saying it was just leaving China and on it's way !!! I will see how good their returns and refund policy is when it arrives in the New Year......

Good news then. At least you will be flying sooner than later. I did a few flights indoor yesterday and it was great. It managed to hit the curtain and snag on it around 4ft high and I thought I must have broken something. It just bounce, and I checked it thoroughly ; flew perfect afterwards.

Yes, I got fed up waiting and when I checked last night that argos had 1 left in stock I bought it, like I said before only problem was DJI after almost a month had sent it on it's way from China an hour earlier, before I could cancel it. If there is still a shortage it might be easier to sell it at cost rather than return it.

I was part of the initial shipping from China, customs hold up in Alaska. Once it arrived, all was good. I think you will enjoy the MM. Well worth the wait.
