So, just for my curiosity, who here has had experiences with DJI customer service, and what was it like? I'm trying to decide if I should risk sending in for a repair. So far, I've seen mostly bad stuff come up.
I sent my drone in when I crashed it. I think they replaced mine instead of trying to fix it, which means a quicker turn around time. ~2 weeks from dropping mine in at the post office and receiving the replacement. It was under DJI Care Refresh. No complains about the process or customer service.
