DJI Fly Safe is a new headache in my life!

Can someone please tell me how to use DJI fly safe. It's a nightmare and will not let me unlock zones. It just freezes up when I find a zone to unlock

Never had an issue unlocking from DJI. You must be logged into your DJI Account to do just that. Maybe be a bit more specific when, where, how this happens as it's hard to "guess" without more facts. What kind of phone / tablet are you using / etc.?

I wonder if the headaches are multiplied when you live in a huge metropolitan area with a gazillion overlapping restricted zones as opposed to being in a more rural area.

That's been my experience too for one reason or another.

It seems buggy to me. After fumbling with it, and not being able to get it to work, it suddenly works. Seems like there might be a delay in connecting or something going on.
