DJI FlySafe Unlock, Worked First Time But ....

Any reason why my "Devices" dropdown list is empty when I go to unlock a zone when the RC SN device entry has already been entered? The message next to Devices is - "List unable to display devices that do not support this unlocking type". Yesterday I successfully added a Zone unlock, but not today, If I try to add a device it says Flight Controller SN has already been added.

RC SN was added yesterday



Unlocked a zone yesterday.



Tried to unlock another zone today.




And adding the RC SN results in an already exists message.

Today (April 17th) I updated "Background Certification" changing "Industry/Type" from "Other" to one of the other listed options and now I can unlock zones again, go figure.
