Any ideas what fond DJI uses to create 'Shot On DJI Mavic 4 Pro' or maybe anyone knows where I can download it from? They usually give out bumper videos and these graphics to creators but skypixel team is not getting back to me unfortunately due to New Year.

Without an image or a link to the video in question, this becomes a guessing game.

It's their own font, DJI Sans, and is used in their videos and advertising media. They do not license it.

The closest free match would probably be DM Sans on Google Fonts, in either Medium or Demibold weight. The Medium would look like:

It's close, but you can see that "M" and the "C" are very different. DJI Sans has pointed apexes, DM Sans has flat apexes.

@anotherlab I'm coming straight to you if I have any similar questions in the future!
It honestly took longer to track down a video with the text that the OP was referencing than it did to find a matching font.

I dropped a frame into ChatGPT and asked, “What font is this?” It identified it as DJI Sans and also provided the licensing info.

This is just my opinion, but DJI likely keeps the licensing tight so creators can’t directly reuse their branding.

From there, I asked which fonts are closest to DJI Sans. It returned a few options, and DM Sans was the closest match in my view. ChatGPT suggested Inter as an even closer match, but I didn't agree: the slanted strokes on the “M” in Inter run full height, while in both DJI Sans and DM Sans they’re half height. If you’re trying to visually mimic DJI’s typography, that difference is far more noticeable than the apex variations.

Generative AI is a great starting point for stuff like this, but you still need to interpret and validate the output.
