DJI FPV with VLOS CAR’s rule?

With the new DJI FPV weighing @ 420grams which falls under Section 9 of CAR’s... are we allowed to fly this alone without a visual observer? Or are fines going to be handed out?

Hmm, without going into the Canadian regulations ... but every where I've seen it mentioned the ready to fly weight for the new DJI FPV drone is just a few grams under 800g

Yes agreed I read the same, just shy of 800 somewhere..
