DJI GO 4.0 Overall Status screen blank (iOS)

I'm a new Mavic owner...only about a week. I've only flown it once and then was traveling for work all week, so when I came home tonight I figured I'd do a thorough walk-through of the menus so I could better familiarize myself before flying tomorrow. When I check the overall status, I just get a blank screen. I'm on the latest firmware (0.500) for both aircraft and controller. I checked FW version with DJI Assistant 2. When I took it out of the box it did update firmware for about 10 mins. Is this normal? I'm using an iPhone 7 with the latest version of iOS. Any help is appreciated.
