Dji go 4 app not available for download

Hi has any one else bought the dji mavic and then not been able to download the app to their phone due to it saying it's incompatible with the phone?

Yes, in my case it was an old IPad min 1. That's way to old to run GO app.

Interesting. I've got a plain S7 (non-Edge) and it works fine. Wonder if it doesn't like the curved screen for some reason.

Try:
a)
- goto your phone settings and change it to DISPLAY > MODE and set it to BASIC.
- set your DISPLAY > RESOLUTION: 1920 x 1080.

if that's working, skip b)
otherwise:
b) sideload the .apk from a mirror and not from the Play Store

Rather than apk mirror get it from dji on mavic page under downloads
