Getting really frustrated here.... Just lately I cannot open the DJI GO 4 app on my Galaxy Tab 4... I try to open in and I get this: Any Ideas???? My phone works but my tablet has been shut out.....

So... What it boils down to is DJI has told me it is not a supported device... EVEN THOUGH I have used that tablet for the last 2 months...LOL.... Since the update it has booted me... Now he tells me my Galaxy S7 Active is not a supported device and may not work in the future... WTH?????

Last night I has the same experience with DJI Support, except everytime I asked my question she said "Hello" and "Yes that's not right" anyway about your tab, My Galaxy S7 Edge had the EXACT same problem and upgrading to Android 7 Nougat and erasing my phone and reinstalling all the apps worked. That's all I can recommend

That's always their answer when they run into an issue and you're using a device that's not on their list of supported devices.

Did you try to uninstall and reinstall DJI GO 4?
Yea... I uninstalled and installed 4 times to no avail..... I said screw it and found an Ipod Mini 2 Cellular for $178...... Not happy going with Apple but what's a guy to do??? I know there are a handful of Android devices DJI says will work; but they are still adamant that they prefer IOS...
