DJI Go App - Connection Error

Good evening. Please anyone tell me what is happening on here.

I can view photos and videos taken on my drone via SD Card reader on my imac no issues.

Only happens when I try to preview the photos/videos taken on my drone.

Model: Mavic Pro 1 / FW 1.04.500
Mobile: iPhone XSMax
App: DJI Go4 4.3.38

Agreed. If it is the problem, I recommend spending a little extra and get an Anker brand cable.
