DJI Goggle Battery Storage Level?

Since the Mavic LiPo batteries are supposed to be stored at ~50% level, does this same rule apply to the DJI Goggles (and even the Controller)? Even after 7 Mavic flights, I'm still at 75% on the Goggle battery level.

At 75% just leave them at that ,if you are flying once a week. The goggles have loads more flight time left at that level, then recharge at 20%. For longer term storage leave at 50%.

Yeah im trying to find out about the controller, i know the batteries will have to be stored at 50% for when they are in storage. but controller i leave the same but the controller dies
