I only saw separation when I tried the 10inch tablet. No issues when using the mini.I tried this with my iPad Mini 4 and it's been a great inexpensive solution. I was also thinking about gluing the two pieces together for security. So far, I haven't noticed the separation that @Shazbot documented.
I may try this with my iPad Pro 10.5 and see how that works for me.
One thing I've noticed with the Mini: the clip overlaps the top of the screen and makes it difficult to touch some parts if I go into the Settings menu. Nothing that a little trim won't fix.![]()
ok, found a piece of acrylic glass (plexiglass) and using hot air gun managed to get it in shape

you might use hairdryer or heater fan, less convenient but will work (at least heater fan) ...or flames from gas cooker, just dont set yourself on fireThat's great!
I wanted to try something similar using a plastic putty knife, but I don't have a hot air gun.
