DJI mavic mini 2 propellers out of sync so does not take off

Define out of sync. Do you mean not the same speed? If so your broken/defective and need a repair. Most normally, in the situation as you fail to describe in detail...is caused by user error with DJI's latest offerings and you have one or more props on wrong.

Also make sure you have the propellers on the correct places as two of the motors turn the opposite directions. They are very specific as to where they can go. I believe they have a white line on two motors and two of the propellers that correspond.

@monishj what you describe is a classic case of the wrong props on one or more of the motors
if on the other hand you have not removed any of them and the drone flew ok before
then its probably time to contact DJI or if you bought it locally or from Amazon for instance then use their return policy and get a replacement
