DJI Mini 3 Pro Gimbal Camera Turns Horizontal to Portrait and keeps looping after doing a gimbal replacement

Already did that and it made the gimbal move but it's like the rest position (start position) is backwards, I replaced all the motors as well as the ptz cable is there a specific way the motors go in I noticed one had an arrow on it?
No matter what you did to that gimbal you need to recalibrate the gimbal and it is working only with a specific tool that DJI uses it. Python will not do it

Im looking for this fix too, i just followed the link and noticed this on the webpage
"As of 28 Dec 2022, DJI Firmware Tools does not support the Mini 3 Pro"
Bummer, Why not? Is there another way?

also note that my mini 3 pro also doesn't show in device manager as connect to a com port

I noticed one of the errors as saying to make sure the gimbal all 3 axis are free
I noticed several other errors including critical low battery, try to address those issues as well.
As far as the gimbal, try cleaning the gimbal with compressed air like from a computer component cleaner.
Gently rotate the gimbal by hand and feel for rough spots.
Have you had an accident with the drone where the drones camera would have hit the ground, even while not flying?
Try running DJI assistant on the drone and check for firmware updates and camera issues if allowed by the software for your drone.
