Alright, so I went for the combo that came with the DJI RC-N3 controller instead of the DJI RC.
My reasoning: Cheaper, for one, but mainly, I just dig using my Samsung phone. Bigger screen, way brighter. I did my homework and thought the software would be pretty much identical. Haven't put in a ton of flight time yet, but I'm noticing the DJI Fly app might actually be missing the 'DJI dynamic home point' feature on this setup. Anyone confirm that's actually the case? And are there any other missing bells and whistles I should know about? Huge thanks!

I have the Mini 4 and considering upgrading to Mini 5. Is there any way to get a better and brighter controller that works with the Mini 5 instead of the one that comes with the Mini 5?

If you're referring to using something other than the RC 2, you could also go with the RC Pro 2. The RC Pro 2 has a brightness of 1600–2000 nits, compared to 700 nits on the RC 2.

I don't need another RC 2 controller, so I would prefer to acquire the Mini 5 with the RC Pro 2. Does that mean that I must purchase the Mini 5 alone and the RC Pro 2 alone, and add batteries? Are there any bundles offered with the Mini 5 and the Pro 2? Since I reside in Canada, I could buy directly from DJI in China.
