DJI Refresh

Just purchased a second user Mavic Pro and my question is , can I get DJI Refresh for it.
Or is it only applicable to brand new models.

You can buy DJI Care Refresh if the previous owner did not already buy it. Before you can purchase DJI Care Refresh, you'll need to submit a video to DJI GO to show your Mavic Pro is in working order. See more details here.
