Just curious I bought a mavic 2 a while back had it pretty early and alos got refresh with it, is there anything special one needs to do or does refresh only come into play if and when there is a problem?
As long as your DJI account is correctly linked to the Refresh (e.g. it appear in your profile's purchase history) then it can just sit there until needed, which it hopefully won't be. If you do need it, then you just need to contact DJI support via phone, email, or chat, and take it from there.
