So I wanted to share my story here... Mavic 2 Zoom, my second DJI drone but this was the first time I had to use their repair service. I have the FlyMore combo and the bag, while very well made and super practical, failed after a few weeks of moderate use. The handle on top of the lid tore so it barely held in place anymore on one side. Now the drone was bought in the US and I live in Europe so I expected trouble but no such thing. DJI sent me a return label, I sent the bag to the Netherlands, two days later they confirmed it was damaged, five days later a new bag was at my doorstep. I'd say that's pretty good, well done DJI and I hope I will always experience this kinda service.

You got lucky. DJI requires customers to send repairs to the DJI facility in the continent in which it was purchased.

Also, you just needed an accessory and not a repair. Still, thats fast service.

I had three times the same experience with the repair service in the Nertherlands. Sent in on Monday and return on Friday. Yes: the same week.

I've had a similar experience with DJI repair service. I have a mavic 2 pro which I love I've have never had any issues. I also have a phantom 4 pro that I purchased used it was damaged when I purchased it. I immediately send it back to DJI in California they quoted me $208 to repair it which I thought was very reasonable. When I receive the drone back they had decided to replace the entire unit so for $208 I got the entire unit replaced I was very happy. The turnaround time was less than two weeks from the time I sent it out to the time I received it back. Two thumbs up for DJI

Nice to hear something positive. Usually people are more inclined to post when they are unhappy about something. The result is that you can get a skewed view - like doing a health survey in a hospital emergency room.

Yes I know exactly what you mean I get tired of seeing all that negative crap. It's nice to be able to post something positive for a change. my personal experience with DJI is completely opposite from everything that I hear.
