My experience as well on two occasions. One with Mavic Air 1 and one with Mavic 2 pro. In each case got a new refurbished drone back in 7-10 days. Fine with me.I've sent five or six drones back for 'repair' under a DJI CareRefresh policy, including a Platinum with only a broken front gear and a thoroughly destroyed Inspire 1.
All of them have been replaced with a new or refurbished drone and that's fine with me.
They've sent a detailed list of repairs needed, a firm price for the repair, and let me decide whether to pay the full price, which has always been lots less than a new drone, or use one of the CareRefresh incidents. Either way, they've always sent a new or refurbished drone back to me.
And they send the replacement quick if you're not trying to blame the drone.
Standard DJI practice.I sent MA2 in for repair and they sent a new device after stating they repaired it
