If you're looking to buy in those locations, you can sign up here to be notified when the DJI Store has them in stock. And, per the usual, you can check with your local DJI dealers and anywhere your local DJI dealers sell DJI accessories.

Yep ive done that and just waiting. The last time i relied on DJI stock alert, by the time the mail arrived they'd sold out again.

Yes, but the last time i used that on the DJI store by the time they'd sent the email, stock had gone again.
