Just for S & G's I went to the DJI website.
Some mavics, airs, minis, flip, cosmos, accessories and etc show in stock and ready to ship???
I know DJI is banned from the USA, so can someone shed some light on this?

Here's another one. DJI leaves America, a vacuum is formed, and there's no shortage of California-based "authorized DJI partners" to take their place. I hope the drone manufacturers pop up as quickly as the sellers.

It's America and you're free to sell and profit all you want, I'm just not a fan of the methods such as using the DJI name in the URL, claiming to be "authorized", so many 500% and 1000% guarantees. The gratuitous use of the DJI images, drone scenario likenesses....even the website looks very similar to DJI.com; but it's not. There are too many customers who are not aware...

DJI is not banned from the US. Only new models. DJI has elected not to sell in the US.

But aren’t these are from a dji website? I thought dji USA was actually part of dji.
I know the ban is for future models.
Never mind. I guess I will get flak for posting this question. I have read all the threads related to the USA? Ban. I understand all of it. But going to the DJI website where all the products were listed as out of stock a few weeks/ months ago now are listed as in stock ready to ship. I was just asking a simple question. Sorry

This is not a legit DJI website. It is someone's cloned website made to look like DJI. It's the internet, it's not real.
Anyone can prop up a website site called DJI United States and it will stay up until DJI forces it down which apparently they haven't. In the meantime, order from them and get your drone and go fly.

Im not in anyway advertising/advocating this place, but is this place legit? They indicate its legal to purchase dji equipment /drones.

No apologies needed whatsoever. It's a valid question. DJI is not selling drones in the US. Other vendors are, though. DJI USA is not part of DJI, just a company selling DJI products. DJI itself (DJI.com) shows drones and "out of stock."

There are other vendors identified in this thread on the forum that are legitimate and reputable who sell DJI products. I'd have no qualms about ordering from any of them.
