Djigo 4 app crashing unless I am in airplane mode

Hey y’all

Since my last firmware update, I cannot have the DJI go 4 app open for more than 15 seconds, it closes. Even if not flying, just viewing or using the editor. If I turn on the airplane mode, it works perfetly.

Anyone else have this issue and how did you reaolve it?

One huge thing you're not saying in your post is if you are using Apple or Android. And what version would help as well - of the OS for the tablet (or phone) and the app as well.

If you're on Android, with Nougat (or possibly Oreo) then count yourself lucky it works in airplane mode at all. Going back to marshmallow seems to universally work for everyone.

For Apple you're probably best starting off uninstalling and reinstalling the app. For mos people Apples are pretty bullet-proof and that'll always be the 1st suggestion.
