Thanks for sharing. Hopefully provisions to protect the UAS pilot will be included in the final form of the rule as well as accommodating the millions of drone flyers of earlier models. Also removal of the “400 foot hemisperical range” in distant locations, like the Arizona deserts, where it is likely the safest to fly.

if readers haven’t yet commented on the proposal to FAA and/or it’s parent agency, DOT, I encourage them to do so ASAP since time is running out.
