If I use another app instead of DJI Go 4?
Such as Mavic FPV app in the app store?

I am seeing lots of vids on yt that go4 is pegging devices with tons of outbound traffic even when not in use, draining batts and basically spying on you.

Seems like everything technology related these days has some sinister thing running in the background.

Here's what I'd suggest if you're paranoid about being spied upon:

1) If you have a good, working version of the app, DON'T UPGRADE.
2) Keep WiFi OFF on your 'phone/tablet when used with your Mavic.
