Do "stealth" props make any difference?

Ok so when we flew RC planes a prop with more blades, pitch and/or larger diameter could quiet the noise by the prop travelling slower . Do these quieter props have any visible difference in pitch or swept diameter or other differences ?

Major difference is they are much more fragile, almost like glass, and will shatter in any impact, unlike the stock props that bend and tear, often letting you still continue flying back, after any impact.

Yes the mas props seem to have more shaped (curved and pitch) and slightly wider, more bulk to the blades for more lift.
