Seriously I need to talk to someone up there customer service is trash and they don’t know when they can ship my drone back I refuse to pay for a replacement so I just want it back it flys perfectly fine

Did they tell you why they keeping your drone? Please elaborate as there has to be more to the story. My guess is they want $ for shipping could be wrong though so please let us know

You have two options.

1. Pay the shipping
2. Organise your own courier

You should expect this to be the arrangement where the issue isn’t covered by warranty. Not just for DJI. No phone call to anyone will change this.

Yea I just checked his previous posts. Quite a saga and not something I’ll follow. ;-)

But I’m guessing DJI are not going to return something that has water damage from being in a “puddle” for a few minutes, plus some other components that have already been assessed by another repairer, as a newly repaired item.
