Does Mavic air 2 avoid obstacles while in quick shot mode?

When using quick shots like Helix/ circular / boomerang, etc. and running into obstacles the drone is capable of avoid them? I'm new to this and want to know what to expect, also when following a car using point of interest / active track is going to avoid any front obstacle like a street light?

From the Manual on the QuickShot Modes: "APAS is disabled during Quickshots. The Aircraft will brake and hover in place when an obstacle is detected in front or behind. Note that obstacles cannot be detected on either side of the aircraft."
