I think that bugger was flying a drone. I went to confront him with my wife, Karen, but he went away.

Yes. It's one of my favourite Flying locations but I've previously taken off from a public footpath that goes over a bridge (seen in the video). However this is the first time I've flown from this spot: Only legal now with a Mini 3 Pro
