Drone flies over commercial airline landing in Las Vegas-- not a Mavic?

I'm posting here, as it doesn't look like a DJI product or a Mavic from the controller footage posted. Anyone recognize what type of drone it might be?

I hope it's fake, but it looks like a good shot. Do you think someone could possibly gotten permission from the tower to take this shot?

From the way it was flying it reminds me of one of those mini 250 racing quads. Fact is that you cant even say for sure that its a multirotor, but it probably is. There's no way he had permission to do that.
