Hope it’s a light color and
dont risk yourself to snakebite or your drone. You know how well
you can fly so don’t push it.
Well that’s up to you. Whatever you take just remember to set that Rth to hover and don’t know about down there but here the snakes are moving a lot so just be prepared. As one said most dogs can’t stand the noise from a drone so use that to your advantage.Yes I'm going to take my time im pretty good at flying around trees but Florida has a lot of underbrush it's not going to be easy also the dog is all black im just praying we can find him thanks quick question i also have a phantom 3 standard with prop gards and range extender I've done a range test on it i flew a little over 3 miles before the signal started glitching having prop guards might help my ma2 dose not my question is should i take both
Absolutely, just tell them I am flying in that area anyway to photograph the landscape and if I happen to see a dog I will let you know. No reward necessary.I certainly would help if I was closer.

My response to the question posed by @dirkclod in post 2 was by the book because that's what he asked. If I did not have a 107 rating and was in the area, I would be there in a second. After all, in an emergency situation, any and all FAA Regulations can be disregarded as needed to deal with the situation, and I would take that to a jury of my peers any day.Sorry we couldn’t help your kid their dog because I need to follow FAA guidelines.
I’m sorry but some people take this stuff way too serious. It’s a remote control camera not a 747. Im sure you all drive the speed limit too? I’m not saying don’t follow the rules but if you have a tool that can help someone than help them. Use your best judgement.
I would too but within reason. I would not interfer if there was alreadyMy response to the question posed by @dirkclod in post 2 was by the book because that's what he asked. thanks that's the first thing im doing check regulations in the area thanks for advice God blessBy all means take all of your equipment including items to keep you comfortable and safe. Be sure to take a backpack with food/water supplies as well. Keep YOUR safety first and foremost as to avoid making it a Human Search & Rescue.
Also check the AIRSPACE in the area to make sure you're not busting regulations.
Am just giving you a soul in need.
