Hi guys. Could anyone please tell me what software I would need to generate something similar to the attached documents. Basically, the main point is knowing what degree the image is portraying. Thanks

Those are simple panoramas
You would need to overlay the compass ribbon in Photoshop or similar.
Do some searching for panorama stitching software
Whoever created those hasn't worked out that the very wideangle lens on his drone is useless for showing the difference between the views at small increments.
You would need a 10 metre increment to see any difference.
Note how there's almost no discernable difference between these shot at 2.5 metre intervals:
