I placed an order for M2 accessories, three weeks ago... it’s still “prosessing”

Don’t use them if you expect customer service or timely delivery!
 
They have always responded in a timely manner whenever I have emailed them. The last one was Friday and they did say they were dealing with the Holiday rush down a couple employees, but working on that.
 
Three weeks, not even shipping what’s available for Christmas?

Who else sells accessories?
 
There are numerous comments in this forum concerning their lack of customer service. I purchased some joystick dust covers from them, very cheap thin material ripped when trying to install. I emailed, called, messaged from eBay with no contact whatsoever. I found an email directly to them and still no reply. I will never use them again.
 
I got my M2Z really quick but the stuff i ordered later was held up at customs in PA. Not a word from dji about what was going on. 3 1/2 weeks later i got the order. In the order were a couple of spare batts. Think that was the problem
