Drones in French Alps

Hi all,

I plan on being in France in a couple of months and wondered what the drone regulations were like out there, especially around the Alpine regions?

I have checked the legal side and know the official restrictions in terms of height, where you can fly etc, but has anyone filmed out there and experienced any issues with the authorities?

I was intending to fly around Alpe Duez, Col De Glandon, Cole de Galibier etc. I know the area as have ridden road bikes on the Cols but never used a drone in France before.

In the wintersport areas its a complete forbidden to fly our bird. I don't thing its different in summertime.
