DroneViewer doesn't display altitude and sat's

Hi

Is there anybody using droneviewer to analyse his flights with a Mavic 3 ?

Starting up the drone viewer ( purchased version ) the display shows in the dasboard the altitude and sats.
In the GRAPH section "ALTITUDE" and "SATs" are visible as well.

As soon as a movie starts altitude and sats are gone . As mentioned this occurs with a Mavic 3.
Is this a known problem with this DJI drone ?
