Editing Footage in Premiere Pro

Hey guys, what is the best sequence settings for editing your Mavic 2 Pro footage? Every time I import the footage, the sequence settings always go to Red 4k settings and I've never used those settings. Can anyone help me out?

I just use one of the HD presets and when I drop the first clip on the timeline I confirm that the sequence settings should change to match the clip...

I right click on the file and select "new sequence from clip" and the settings work great.
