ESC STATUS error

Hi, the mavic Can't take off. The motors don't start at all. I restarted many times, calibrated compass, Imu, camera, link remote control etc.
But the screen still shows "ESC status error" when I check the error i can see this "2No.Motor error"
Anyone knows which is the 2 motor? If I replace the motor the error disappears? Thanks!

The ESC is a seperate piece of electronics which controls the speed of the motor. So it could be the ESC or the motor that's failing. Sounds like a warranty job!

Check the cables between the forward arms.

Open them halfway and start the mavic. Might be an issue with those cables

Those ESCs are embedded on a circuit board. You'll have to send it in for repair.

The ESC error may show up due to a wiring or motor fault as well.

I got a brand new mavic air with the same problem, i activate update all firmware and the message cant take off and a warning says esc status error. Never have fly the drone just out of the box.

no.2 is the left rear hand
